  • Technical and commercial due diligence
  • Selecting the appropriate operating structure – managing or brand partner, white-label manager or independent
  • Preparing or scrutinising the underwriting document and asset life cycle
  • Letter of intent, sale and purchase agreement and disclosure letter – the acquisition package
  • Financing the acquisition

Module 6 – Understanding Operating and Franchise Agreements

  • Selecting an Operating Partner/Brand
  • Main legal issues in franchise & management contracts
  • Ownership structures and their legal implications

Module 7 – Onboarding a New Property
