Our Hotel Investment Management course is designed to help you understand the owner’s perspective when running a hospitality business. Learn how an owner or investor looks at a hotel. Examine the interests of investors or operating companies who sit above the General Manager. Examine financial reports with the owner’s eyes and understand their view on costs, driving top line and profits.
The course has assessments throughout which are designed to gauge your understanding and application of course material. We employ a mix of written exams and practical evaluations aligned with industry standards.
