Alex is a strong leader with over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has significant practical knowledge of hotel operations and corporate environments from working for several prestigious international companies.

Alex has worked extensively throughout Europe and Asia and has held regional roles, including Vice President of Finance. Alex has in-depth knowledge and practical experience that has been invaluable to many hotel owners and investors.

Janel is our incredible Revenue Management Tutor. She is an accomplished educator who is passionate about the importance of Learning and Development and its commercial impact on people and profits. 

Janel is a former Director of Revenue at Avvio and Revenue by Design. In the past, Janel has been involved in the organisation and management of revenue management training academies throughout EMEA.

Michael is the Head of HOSPA Professional Development. He is the CEO of Heyward Group which delivers business process improvement and profit optimisation for the hospitality industry. Michael is also a Hospitality Lecturer at Glion Institute of Higher Education (London) and Chairman of the HOSPA Revenue Management Committee.
