Janel is our incredible Revenue Management Tutor. She is an accomplished educator who is passionate about the importance of Learning and Development and its commercial impact on people and profits.

Janel is a former Director of Revenue at Avvio and Revenue by Design. In the past, Janel has been involved in the organisation and management of revenue management training academies throughout EMEA.

Interests

Janel is passionate about developing and inspiring teams and individuals, after having witnessed first hand how learning and development can contribute to a happy workforce and positively impact the bottom line.

She has created, developed and delivered numerous training courses, working with some of the world's leading educational establishments. Starting out by training hotel Revenue Management she specialises in demystifying complex strategies for a wider audience. This led to an understanding and appreciation of the power of training and personal development.

Combined with a personal interest in NLP and coaching, She is committed to enhancing company performance through inspirational, engaged programmes, designed to bring out the best in people.

Janel is currently Head of Training for Right Revenue, however, she has lectured in a number of the world's foremost hospitality institutions:
