- Technical and commercial due diligence
- Selecting the appropriate operating structure – managing or brand partner, white-label manager or independent
- Preparing or scrutinising the underwriting document and asset life cycle
- Letter of intent, sale and purchase agreement and disclosure letter – the acquisition package
- Financing the acquisition
Module 6 – Understanding Operating & Franchise Agreements
- Selecting an Operating Partner/Brand
- Main legal issues in franchise & management contracts
- Ownership structures and their legal implications

Module 7 – Onboarding A New Asset
- Organisation chart, management team review, IT systems and platforms
- Financial review
- Understanding the different sources of business, their costs & the segmentation used.

Module 8 – Driving Value & The Divestment Process
